Home Improvements is one of our pages generating the most feedback. We sometimes feel like test dummies, trying out changes to our truck and trailer then reporting on them. This adds an interesting perspective for us, we get to look at the changes through your eyes, too.
We enjoy improving our Airstream. Some might argue the term, improving, and rightly suggest we are customizing. Debbie's brothers say we should call this page, "Pimp My Airstream". We customize our camper to improve it to our use. We're pretty careful to consider proposed changes. And, if we make a change we don't like, we'll consider undoing it.
This is our home. We are committed to living in it and we have time and energy to attend to it. Our goal is to keep our home simple, uncluttered, and well-suited to our how we live. I've listed every change we can think of. If you know of one we missed or should make, please share it with us. We might be interested.
We're not finished and perhaps never will be. We have, so far, tried to avoid changes which would clutter or mar the beauty of our camper's design. On the other hand, we continue to modify the camper to suit our lifestyle and interests. It's a custom home now, we might have difficulty finding the right buyer someday. Our Airstream suits us perfectly, for now.
